Sindicato se reúne com secretária de Educação para esclarecer as razões de novas terceirizações

Diretores do SSPMJ estiveram reunidos com a secretária de Educação Cristina Pinto Catão Bonini, dia 10 de novembro, a fim de obter importantes esclarecimentos sobre o chamamento público, conforme o Decreto Municipal 3560/2017, que regulamenta a parceria entre a Prefeitura e a Sociedade Civil para atendimento de 1.318 alunos. Sendo 1.180 de CEIs (Centros de Educação Infantil) e 138 alunos de EMEIs (Escolas Municipais de Educação Infantil).
O chamamento refere-se à contratação de Organização Social Civil para administrar CEIs e EMEIs, sendo que oito unidades já contam com o serviço terceirizado, cujo contrato com a prestadora vigente está prestes a vencer. Porém, no mesmo chamamento, também estão incluídas outras duas unidades ainda em funcionamento com funcionários públicos concursados. Sabendo disso, marcamos reunião a fim de esclarecer a questão.

➡️ REMANEJAMENTOS – Ao questionarmos a secretária sobre a terceirização de mais duas unidades, ela destacou que as unidades sofrem com falta de funcionários e um grande déficit de mão de obra. São muitos atestados, afastamentos médicos, pedidos de transferência e funcionários novos concursados pedindo exoneração. Porém, Cristina afirmou que os concursados lotados nessas unidades serão remanejados para outras unidades administradas pela Prefeitura.
➡️ DÚVIDAS DA POPULAÇÃO – Quanto ao questionamento sobre os Pais dos alunos atendidos pelas duas unidades a serem terceirizadas, e que já entraram em contato com o SSPMJ pedindo posicionamento, a Senhora Secretária informou a realização de reunião com estes pais e responsáveis, em breve, a fim de expor a situação da falta de funcionários e terceirização.

“Apesar das justificativas apresentadas pela Secretária de Educação, o Sindicato discorda veementemente das medidas propostas. É clara a percepção de que tais ações configuram uma tentativa de precarização da rede pública de ensino e do trabalho dos Servidores concursados. A carência de pessoal pode ser facilmente solucionada por meio da realização de concursos públicos.”
Terceirizações tendem a prejudicar a qualidade e eficiência dos serviços, pois empresas visam lucro, não o bem público. Isso resulta em funcionários menos qualificados, falta de comprometimento e rotatividade elevada. Essa abordagem compromete a continuidade e estabilidade dos serviços essenciais, prejudicando a população que depende de um atendimento eficaz e confiável.

O Sindicato, através do presidente Luiz Carlos Gonçalves (Kaká), tomará no dia 21 de novembro a palavra na tribuna da Câmara Municipal, buscando conscientizar os vereadores sobre a necessidade de agirem contra às terceirizações em Jaguariúna. Esperamos que os legisladores adotem medidas cabíveis para impedir a concretização desse retrocesso.
