EDUCAÇÃO | Administração responde Sindicato e estabelece agende de reuniões para tratar da adequação de cargos
O SSPMJ segue firme na luta pela valorização dos profissionais da Educação. Na última quarta, dia 7 de junho, obtivemos importante avanço para a adequação de cargos dos Agentes Educacionais, Agentes de Desenvolvimento Infantil e Pajens, como estabelece a Lei nº 11.738/2008. Na ocasião, a Administração encaminhou ao Sindicato a agenda de reuniões para debater o tema.
DATAS DEFINIDAS
Já estão agendadas reuniões no dia 19 de junho com as representantes das Cozinheiras e 26 de junto às Comissões de Pajens e Agentes. No entanto, aguardamos a confirmação de Fabiano Urbano, secretário de Negócios Jurídicos, para as duas datas já mencionadas. As outras Comissões serão convocadas em breve com seus respectivos representantes, sendo necessário que alguns assinem a ficha de regulamentação de delegados.
Assim que as Comissões estiverem completas, convocaremos todos os membros e realizaremos reunião junto ao Departamento Jurídico do Sindicato. O objetivo do encontro será fornecer orientações e elaborar as reivindicações que serão apresentadas ao Governo, pois estabelecer pautas claras e abrangentes é fundamental na agilidade das negociações.

O enquadramento representa um passo importante na melhoria das condições de trabalho e valorização desses Servidores. Todos os companheiros estão engajados e nós faremos o possível a fim de garantir a aplicação da lei no município”, pontua o presidente Luiz Carlos Gonçalves.
