Janeiro, o primeiro mês do ano, inspira as pessoas a fazer reflexões acerca das suas vidas, das suas relações, dos sentidos que possuem, dos passados que viveram e dos objetivos que desejam alcançar no ano que se inicia. Janeiro é uma espécie de portal entre ciclos que se fecham e ciclos que se abrem na nossa vida.
A cor branca foi escolhida por, simbolicamente, representar “folhas ou telas em branco” sobre as quais podemos projetar, escrever ou desenhar expectativas, desejos, histórias ou mudanças com as quais sonhamos e as quais desejamos concretizar.
Vamos juntos cuidar da nossa saúde mental! Você também pode procurar o CVV — Centro de Valorização da Vida, fundado em São Paulo em 1962, é uma associação civil sem fins lucrativos, filantrópica, reconhecida como de Utilidade Pública Federal em 1973. Presta serviço voluntário e gratuito de apoio emocional e prevenção do suicídio para todas as pessoas que querem e precisam conversar, sob total sigilo. Atende todas as pessoas por telefone, e-mail, web-chat, Skype, carta e pessoalmente, não importando sua classe social, cor, religião, sexo ou filiação partidária.
