Precisamos estar ainda mais fortes e organizados em prol das reivindicações da categoria. A Administração se comprometeu em avançar em diversas exigências, porém não cumpriu a palavra empenhada. Não podemos e nem vamos ficar parados!
HISTÓRICO 🔎
Por ocasião das negociações da Data-Base 2023, em reunião entre o Sindicato, a Comissão Permanente de Negociação e o prefeito Marcio Gustavo Reis, ficou determinada a entrega ao SSPMJ do Laudo de Avaliação de Insalubridade nos setores da Prefeitura. Sem avanços nos debates, em 10 de abril de 2023 foi deflagrada a greve geral.
Em reunião de negociações durante a greve, o prefeito percebendo que o maior volume de Servidores eram dos setores da Educação, além de uma pequena melhora no vale refeição, incluiu em nova contraproposta:
- Itens de atendimento às exigências nas Creches, das Cozinheiras e Faxineiras, cujo prazo para pôr em prática era de 60 dias;
- Laudo sobre a insalubridade;
- Tais disposições estão expressas em documento devidamente assinado pelas autoridades do município.
REALIDADE 😡
A contraproposta foi aprovada e a greve foi paralisada. Contudo, até o presente momento, NADA ACONTECEU. O laudo de insalubridade não nos foi entregue e, portanto, as Servidoras das Creches, Cozinheiras e Faxineiras continuam na estaca zero. Isso é inaceitável e precisamos agir!
Dia 4 de agosto, às 19 horas, vamos realizar a nossa grande assembleia para mostrar a quem governa Jaguariúna que, como diz a lenda:
