Servidores rejeitam a contraproposta da Administração e deliberam por GREVE GERAL!
Os Servidores de Jaguariúna rejeitaram, mais uma vez, a contraproposta apresentada pela Prefeitura e deliberaram por dar um prazo de 72 horas para novas negociações antes de iniciarem um movimento grevista. A decisão foi tomada em assembleia realizada na última segunda, dia 10 de abril, após diversas rodadas de negociação junto ao Governo que não resultaram em um acordo satisfatório à categoria.
Durante a assembleia, os Servidores destacaram estarem dispostos a continuar lutando por seus direitos e que a possibilidade de greve é certa caso as negociações não avancem. A paralisação pode gerar transtornos à população que depende do serviço público, especialmente nas áreas da Saúde e Educação. No entanto, os trabalhadores argumentam: a greve é uma forma legítima de pressionar a Prefeitura a atender suas demandas e valorizar seus serviços.
➡ PAUTA DE REIVINDICAÇÕES
Na pauta aprovada pelo coletivo no mês de fevereiro, reivindicamos 12% de reajuste salarial, além de elevação na cesta básica e vale-refeição, principais itens das cláusulas econômica e social. Não pedimos nada fora da realidade, apenas o justo e merecido aos trabalhadores. O País tem sofrido com alta inflação, juros e perda do poder de compra, ou seja, estamos exigindo o mínimo para sobrevivência da categoria.
Se o prefeito Gustavo Reis não valoriza o Servidor, consequentemente ele NÃO se preocupa com a população em geral. Quando o serviço público é negligenciado, a Saúde, a Educação e a Segurança também são negligenciadas. Quando o gestor prioriza o funcionalismo, TODA a cidade ganha!
Esperamos que a Administração atenda nosso pedido e receba o Sindicato para chegarmos à novos e melhores índices. O tema da Campanha Salarial 2023 é “Dignidade e Ampliação dos Direitos – PREFEITURA: DÊ VALOR AO SERVIDOR”, e NÃO vamos aceitar nada menos que o justo e merecido!
