Mesmo com o fim da Campanha Salarial 2023, ainda temos muitas reivindicações e demandas do funcionalismo para tratar junto à Administração. A diretoria do SSPMJ segue engajada nas cobranças. Na última semana, recebemos o retorno referente ao item 8 da nossa Pauta de Reivindicações, relacionado aos EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) e condições de saúde e higiene nos postos de trabalho.

O DEESMT (Departamento Especializado em Engenharia de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho) respondeu por meio do ofício nº 101/2023, dia 24 de abril, nosso questionamento a respeito das avaliações de atividades insalubres em diversos segmentos. No documento, o departamento afirmou estar realizando as averiguações necessárias, além de já ter elaborado laudos técnicos em vários setores.

No dia 27 de abril, tivemos retorno do DAAE (Departamento de Alimentação e Assistência Escolar) referente aos EPIs. Segundo a Prefeitura, os equipamentos foram contemplados em processo licitatórios, porém as empresas responsáveis levam até seis meses para realizarem a entrega dos produtos. Outro ponto destacado foi a distribuição dos materiais adquiridos no final de 2022. Os equipamentos foram repassados às unidades escolares nos meses de fevereiro e março deste ano, juntamente com a planilha de recebimento e as instruções de uso.
