Os Servidores de Jaguariúna realizaram nesta segunda, 17 de abril, uma grande paralisação. Insatisfeitos com os índices de reajuste apresentados anteriormente pela Administração, mais de 400 trabalhadores foram às ruas junto ao Sindicato para reivindicar uma nova contraproposta. E conseguimos! Nossa união resultou em melhorias concretas, PRINCIPALMENTE os 31,8% no vale-alimentação e 25% no vale-refeição. O reajuste salarial ficou em 7,5%.
A pauta foi aprovada por unanimidade em assembleia pelo funcionalismo.
CONFIRA CADA CONQUISTA:
Reajuste de 25% no valor do vale refeição, que passará a ser de R$ 25,00 (vinte e cinco reais);
Reajuste de 31,8% no vale alimentação, que passará a ser de R$ 329,50 (trezentos e vinte e nove reais e cinquenta centavos);
Reajuste anual geral de 7,5%;
Realização de reforma e conservação (manutenção preventiva e corretiva) das unidades de educação e demais prédios públicos por meio da contratação de empresa nos autos da concorrência n° 005/2023;
Aquisição de novos equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI) para os
servidores públicos que trabalham nas cozinhas das unidades escolares. no prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias;
Expedição de portarias para constituição das comissões setoriais responsáveis pela revisão do estatuto dos servidores, incluindo progressão e evolução funcional, avaliação de desempenho, etc.. prevendo prazo de duração, data da primeira reunião, cronograma de trabalho, etc.; O Sindicato deverá fornecer os nomes dos membros no prazo de 15 (quinze) dias;
Revisão do entendimento sobre a aplicação da Lei n° 11.738/2008 aos servidores públicos ocupantes dos cargos de pajem, agente de desenvolvimento infantil e agente educacional, no prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias;
Apresentação dos laudos relativos à insalubridade (PPRA /PGR) pelo DESMET no prazo de 5 (cinco) dias;
Não haverá terceirização de serviços para atendimento aos alunos com autismo e necessidades especiais;
Não foi suspensa a contagem de tempo de serviço, conforme previsto na Lei Complementar Federal n° 173. de 27 de maio de 2020:
O prazo para opção entre o recebimento de cesta básica ou vale alimentação ficará aberto durante o mês de maio/2023;
A ausência no dia 17/4/2023 será abonada, desde que os serviços sejam retomados normalmente a partir desta data.
É importante celebrarmos esta grande vitória em nossos benefícios, contudo temos temas ainda no ciclo de negociações. Devemos nos manter fortes para mais uma vez conquistarmos ganhos importantes em prol de nossa categoria”, pontua nosso presidente Luiz Carlos Gonçalves, o Kaká.
