Viaturas da Guarda Municipal | SSPMJ intercede junto ao Governo em favor do bem estar dos GCMs

Apresentamos à Secretaria de Governo um pedido de avaliação da situação das viaturas da Guarda Municipal. O Ofício nº 46/23, direcionado ao Departamento de Serviços Especializados em Engenharia de Segurança e em Medicina do Trabalho (DEESMT), relata reclamações dos GCMs em seus carros. Preocupados com a saúde e bem estar dos companheiros, pedimos uma posição se é possível alterar a disposição de itens dentro dos veículos.
POSIÇÃO DO GOVERNO 📢
Prontamente, Fábio Henrique Rabetti, diretor do DEESMT, nos respondeu com pontuações pertinentes. Compartilhamos cada ponto com os Guardas a seguir:
🟩 Realmente existe uma barra de ferro entre os bancos dianteiro e traseiro – é um suporte para transportar com segurança as armas de grosso calibre, tipo 12 por exemplo;
⬛ Por se tratar de item adaptado visando a segurança dos Servidores que utilizam estas viaturas, o equipamento deve permanecer, pois o risco de disparo acidental poderia ocasionar a morte dos trabalhadores;
⬜ Quanto à queixa de dores nas costas, o DEESMT orienta aos Servidores fazerem paradas em pontos estratégicos para desempenhar suas funções, alongamentos nas pernas e costas. Em suas atribuições não é exigido que fiquem dentro da viatura por longos períodos;
🟪 Em reunião com o Comandante Araújo, representando a Secretaria de Segurança Pública, o mesmo se dispôs a trabalhar em parceria com o DEESMT afim de realizar orientações aos GCMs.
